Dual Thumb Studs from MicroMetalInc (Etsy) - $15 - These are less aggressive, Sebenza style thumb studs made of stainless steel. I ended up using zirc studs so these were never mounted other than to take these photos. They can be used on any blade 0.13" to 0.20" thick. Dimensions: Insert/tube: 3.25mm, Stud diameter: 6.5mm. For reference, the Large Sebenza stud is 6.2mm in diameter and the tube is 4mm.
