Hinderer Flipper removal!

Yes it doesn’t feel right while using the choil, it digs n the hand! Dude he wants the flipper gone! He’s looking for help or experience and support! If you’re not into it so be it.

Hiker2 if ya wanna do it, go for it! I highly recommend razors edge and every one says charliemike does awesome work.

From my experience modifying the flipper, it would be quite easy to remove it entirely with a Dremel. A cut-off wheel, a couple of sanding drums, and a few grits of silicon carbide paper will do the trick quite nicely.

If you want it removed, Josh at Razor's Edge Knives can do it and tune the knife to work without the flipper. Pivot adjustment, blade centering, the whole 9 yards. He's done several Hinderers for me, including a pivot and detent mod on a Jurassic, and they're all far better after he touches them.
