Please go to the recent re-list with price drop for this knife. Better pics, too.
Good Evening,
I just bought something else here and am letting one of my two Half Tracks go to cover the expenditure. I bought this one new from USA Made Blade about two weeks before Christmas. The knife is a very nice specimen with a gray G10 show side, Battle Blue Titanium liner/lock side/clip, working finish S35VN blade, and bright hardware. I carried this one some when I first got it, but have only cut paper and opened mail. The knife shows no discernible wear. It's been flipped a bunch evenings, as Working Finish Hinderers usually take a bit of breaking in and this one is almost there. I added a couple drops of liquid TriFlow to the pivot and a dab of Finish Line to the detent ball to help the process along. If I was keeping it, I'd open the knife up and polish the sides of the blade and this one would fly out nicely with its medium detent, but I'll leave it alone to keep it factory.
Have a look at the pics below and see the notes there. The knife comes with its original box, baggie, tactical peanuts, and signed card. I'll take a bit of a hit on this excellent piece and offer it at SOLD including PP G&S fees, USPS Priority shipping, and insurance. Payment is to be by Paypal Goods & Services only, shipping only to US addresses, and only to the address listed at your PP account. You must be 18 years of age in order to purchase and know your local knife laws. Please post "I'll take it" in the thread if you want the knife and follow up with a PM or Profile Message to confirm and receive my PP info by PM or email. Prompt payment is expected to secure any deal and I reserve the right to sell to whom I choose. Sorry, not interested in any trades.
Nice even, sharp factory edge. I just saw the little bit of schmutz on the blade in the pic and it wiped off with a damp finger.
Battle Blue Ti is anodized and then stonewashed for a scratchy, wear-hiding finish.
Centering is spot on.
Solid lockup around 25-30% with no stick. Blade drops free on release til it hits your thumb.
