  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Hinderer is a bad flipper? Say it ain't so!

^^^ And that's how David rolls!!! Haha! Great video to show that they are great flippers with 4 XM's right in a row!! Take that you dirty nay Sayers.

I'm not trying to cause trouble... Just wanted to put some fun up in hur :D

I would also like to add to this topic that I've had a few XM's and they do vary as Michael stated, but yet I can still flip everyone of them reliably, no problems. My custom slicer has a beast of a detent, my spanto is one of the more weak ones, yet still they are all smooth and can be deployed in any of the manners for which you choose.

Hinderers flip fine. People have been conditioned for years by spring-assisted flippers or nowadays by the new style heavily-detented & ball bearing pivoted knives to understand how an old school flipper is designed to work. It's kinda like the first time you try to drive a stick-shift... figuring out the technique for operating the clutch has a bit of a learning curve, but once you do it becomes second nature. Same with a Hinderer... flip away boys! :D

What is this "stick shift" you speak of...
