my bad, and I was not trying to deceive anyone, I'm just a dummy - don't have original box etc. and did not realize I had a Gen 5. Price reduced accordingly . It is battle black, I can send better pics.

Thanks for the feedback, turns out the Hinderer is a Gen 4. I think I was had at one particular shop in Charlotte that shall go unnamed. Anyway, its a heck of a knife, excellent condition. Price is now $330.
