Hinderer MP-1 or Inkosi Insingo

I see a large Inkosi Insigno in my future. I like them thin so I'll probably get a plain one.

I bought an MP-1 from GP Knives and asked them to please make sure I got a smooth one.

Mine is from the early batch of all-Ti models. It is the smoothest production knife I have ever held.

Sean LeMasters was the Hinderer craftsman who hand assembled, tuned it and signed the card for my knife.

I mention this for those who don't own an MP-1 but who already have an opinion about it. I also own a CRK 25, among other Reeve models. They are all terrific knives, high in quality and with the usual CRK best in class tolerances. I love them all.

I would not trade my MP-1 for any of them.

Interesting thread (though I come to it a bit late)..
I love both my Large and small Micarta Insingo Inkosi's. They are two of my favorites that will never leave. The Inkosi, to me-and this occasionally annoys some CRK folks-has totally replaced the Sebenza. In fact, I sold all of mine off after getting the Inkosi's. I knew I'd never want to carry the Sebenzas again. Extreme? Maybe.
Anyway, I have an MP-1 coming this week-Wed or Thurs-and I can't wait to check it out. I also have a Half Track coming as well.

I have a small Seb Insingo that I picked up a few months ago and it has pretty much displaced my other EDC's.

I'm currently awaiting a small, plain Insingo Inkosi -- or is that Inkosi Insingo! -- from CRK.

Any of you have to use locktite or do those pivots just stay on those Inkosi? That is my main concern with possibly trying one.

Oh and one other thing. Since the stud is closer to the handle than on a 21 how is getting purchase on it comparitively?
