I have been trying to order an XM-18 from Rick and I have emailed him twice in fact and have gotten no response. Is this normal? I know he's a busy guy so I figure I will wait a while but i was curious about his email turnaround time for some of you guys. Thanks.
 
I had a similar problem. My email went to his spam folder or some such thing eventually he got back to me. He is a regular member of USN you can join ther and pm him. Hope this helps.
 
yeah I pm'd him I think I might have done it twice on accident, well hopefully I'll get in line cuz i know alot of people want one of those.
 
also try -custom knife and gun -or is it custom gun and knife forum -

he isnt replying because he is building my knife and its taking all his concentration at this time-lol
 
It is Custom Knife & Gun. Rick WILL get back to you, eventually!! Just be persistant. He IS a busy guy. He is a firefighter, rescue diver......

Oh yeah, he might not be answering because he is so close to finishing my XM-18 that he just can't pull himself away to do anything else.
 
my experience has been that there is an occasional several day delay in reply.
 
Hello Everyone!!...Whewww...I just came in from the shop!...and I am terribly sorry! but yes! alot of you are correct! I am working on XM-18's!!...Thank you so much for your continued patiance. But, please do keep emailing me as Theknifecollector says..I DO eventually get to everyone, and if you do email me with a order for a XM-18 I DO make a note of it in my order book right away even if I dont get you emailed back right away, but rest assured that I do have you down for one. But DaveH is right sometimes it is a several day delay,but I will get back with you...Thanks again so much you guys!
