Gen 4, pre tri-way pivot for those who are new to Hinderer. Working finish 20cv blade that is in great shape, it looks like the original edge hasn’t even been used. This guy is a classic that I was hoping to keep around. I picked him up recently, cleaned him up and installed new pb washers. Like many gen 4’s it has a weak detent. To flick it open will need a little wrist action, but on the pb washers it is nice and smooth. Gen 4 is also pre lockbar insert. So it has a ti lockbar that will move across the steel blade with a grinding feeling, not quite lock stick as it does work freely. Will come with an un-labeled Hinderer box. Asking $350 ppff. It’s a Gen 4. Lock bar relief milling was added during that gen. Gen 3 stop pin location was different.

To my knowledge, the Gen 4 wharnie was one of the first blade shapes to have 20CV(I owned one way back) and no, I don’t think 20CV was available on Gen 3
