I am not the original owner, and it comes with everything as new PLUS skiff bearings (installed). I'd say 98% centered when closed, but very slightly off center towards the lock side. Perfect action and lockup (no stick). This has been nicely sharpened by the previous owner, and it is still very sharp. Hard to find monkey edge blacked out variant. $390 shipped CONUS
