This is the RHK guidance on gen 3 blade steel.

Duratech 20CV (typically not marked) or Carpenter CTS-XHP & Crucible CPM-S35VN & Carpenter CTS-40CP (all three typically marked on the blade).

With that being said there is a good chance it's 20cv, but not guaranteed.
