Hinderer XM-18 question

Just bought a early Gen.4 XM-18 3.5",slicer,flipper with sterile blade and engraved Rick Hinderer's signature on the blade(From blade show).It is not a custom model I think just production.Wonder which blade steel it is.I was told by previous owner that he beleives 99 % that is S35VN.Not really that important but I slightly prefer Duratech 20CV and would be nice to know actual blade steel.Thanks.

If they do specify blade steel on the blade they most often are 20CV.

Rick uses 3 steels; Duratech 20CV, Carpenter CTS-XHP, CPM-S35VN. This is take from Rick's site.
