THE SLICER IS ALREADY SOLD!
I'm the first owner. The skinner has cut a couple things(plastic bags), you can't really tell by looking at it. It has a pretty strong detent, flips well. It has been switched to tip-up carry. Anyway, please let me know if you have any questions, I'll answer them as best I can.
