I bought a set of taco bearings and am curious if any of the washers go in the knife or straight bearings into the pockets? The video shows it on a ZT using both washers (stock and included) but how I see it it should be straight bearings into the blade and lock side.

Just stab them in there with out the oem washers.

There were also thin washers that came with them. I assume I omit them as well.
OH the taco's came with it then us them as the bearings may be thinner.

On my old eklipse i didnt have any issues but id use them if skiff sent them.

I dunno… I mic’s the pivot side of the knife and the butt of the knife and the measurements came out the same. So the knife top to bottom inside measurement is exactly the same. The bearings that come with the knife don’t use washers. The video I saw was for a ZT. I just don’t want to wear in a track on the blade and handle if I’m not supposed to run it that way but at the same time it makes sense to me that if the top and bottom inside measurement are the same then the knife is in alignment. The blade is centered. Dunno.

Usually, Taco bearings are thinner than the stock to make use of the thrust washers. To be sure, grab a caliper and compare.
