I was told this is an XM Gen 1 3.0. It was sold to me as that. It has a Krein regound blade on it that is pretty sweet IMO. The action on this is smooth. Locks up is photographed below. Little to no blade play, though it seems to need some tightening to keep it in the sweet zone from time to time.
I have carried it only a few times, so my above comment is based on a one time adjustment.
Knife will come with 3 bronze standoffs in addition to the knife.
