I am not an expert in the xm24 variations but I believe this is an early generation 2 as its the CTS-XHP but does not have the laser markings. If I have this information wrong just let me know and I will update the post.
This one has seen some pocket time but I have never done anything more with it than open some packages. It still has the factory edge and is shaving sharp. I did receive it in a trade and am not sure if the previous owner used it at all but I suspect no more than I did from the condition.
The action is smooth. The lockup and centering are very nice. I do not have the box or papers, knife only.
