Lightly used yet too big a knife for my kitchen. You can see a nice patina staring to form along the edge.

Blade is clad with 405 stainless steel (to prevent oxidation) except the cutting edge.

Edge retention, durability, balance is top shelf.

Rockwell hardness 60-62.
