Sheath looks good from what I can see, but someone must have removed the key ring tab for some reason.
I’ve had this Urban Skinner since the late eighties. I bought it out of (I believe) the US Cavalry catalog when I was on active duty, for no other reason than I thought it was cool looking. At one time, I carried it a lot but used it almost never. I took it with me to Desert Storm and on numerous road trips. It gave me some sense of security at various Interstate rest stops in the middle of the night.

Anyway, I’m cataloging my collection and I can’t seem to find a model number for this one. It seems to have been labeled as the #12II and #35GLK in, respectively, the Defender and Safe Keeper series. Would anyone happen to know the model# for the Urban Skinner?
I thought so, too, and it's possible that that's the case. But after researching it some, I believe there might have been a run made without the key ring tab. These aren't my photos, but they depict another model bearing the same labeling as nephron's knife and the accompanying sheath is also without a tab.

There may have been more variations of the Urban Pal than we thought. nephron, when you receive your knife, please let us know whether the sheath looks stock or modified.

Definitely modified sheath. Condition of knife and sheath better than expected, looks new, I am a happy camper. Now if I can find a Safekeeper I reasonable my collection would be pretty complete( I think, I hope lol).
