Here is a "Pocket Runt" knife/Space Pen sheath from Hitch & Timber on Etsy. Wickett & Craig chestnut leather. Has been carried and used a bit but shows no significant wear that I can see. I carried a Vic Pioneer in it so it is sized accordingly, but could stretch to fit a slightly bigger knife I would think.
