• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Just as planned, I've just finished the subject.

- 2 pillow blocks from surplus center
- some HRS (hot rolled steel): 3/8x8x8 or so (junk box)
- 3/4 shaft (leadloy from junk box)
- $5 ~4" OD zinc cast V-pulley from McMaster

I designed it to use 1/2-wide flat belt - as I didn't want to grove
the driving wheel for V-belt. I turned down the zinc pulley to where
I had slightly crowned 1/2-wide flat pulley with a small lip (flange)
on one side.

The smallish plate has the pillow blocks mounted and in turn, I mount
it atop of the tool arm, which is 1.5x1.5 HRS bar. Putting the attachement
on/off is a 1/4 turn of 3/8 SHCS.

Onto the shaft , I can mount my 9" and 12" disks.

Pics are long overdue :)
