Hmm, Fokos-licious...

I dated a Polish girl in high school (well, half Polish). Her father was from Poland and he had one of those. He called it a Ciupagla or something like that.
 
The lanuage is hungarian.
I used google translate to read it.
Even so there are a lot of words missing/not translated. At least you can get the gist of it.

Which I thought was interesting...because don't most of us want an axe of that general type to be under a kilo anyway? Maybe the idea is they don't want people using felling axes on public land.

Google renders "Fokos" as "Degree" I'm still puzzling over that.
