I found this site with nice pics of "munkafokos" which I take means something like "working hatchet" - s.o. with command of Hungarian is invited to chime in if this is not correct, but I looked up "munka" and the online dictionary says it means "work".

Anyway, linguistics aside, here it is:

I used google translate to read it.
Even so there are a lot of words missing/not translated. At least you can get the gist of it.

Which I thought was interesting...because don't most of us want an axe of that general type to be under a kilo anyway? Maybe the idea is they don't want people using felling axes on public land.

Google renders "Fokos" as "Degree" I'm still puzzling over that.
