Hmmmmm... He has been lost in space again.......

Get well soon, Boss.

As with Angus, a morning yoga-based stretch routine has done wonders for my back and balance.

Just returned from a trip with sketchy comms; sorry to hear of your pain and glad you are on the upswing.

My lower back hurts often because of running and facet joint inflammation.
It sucks, but the other options involving immobility suck even more.
+1 on Angus's note about stretching frequently.

Laying on your back with your butt against a wall and your feet up on the wall helps - especially in conjunction with heat, anti-inflamitories and whiskey.

I have found, in years of treating my body like a rental car whose lease now seems to be about up that if Ibuprofen and good whiskey doesn't improve things - it's about time to see the doctor!

Ahhhhh....... Finally some sage advice from a learned source..... Whiskey and Ibuprofen.... A WINNER!..... thanks Salty.... LOL..... e
