For sale or trade
Hoback milled one off A10
I bought this a few months back from a fellow on USN,I think he had it advertised on here as well. Since then my interests have kind of changed. I am asking what I paid for it from him. It was a brand new in box knife when I purchased it and I did not carry or use it myself. Here is a link to the original advertisement on the usual suspects network

When I received this unit there was a small imperfection in the anodizing next to the pocket clip. I figured before I sold it I had better make it right. I made this knife a two-tone finish just by disassembling it and using some scotch brite and some fine sandpaper.
The first pictures are from the original advertisement and the last 3 are after the two tone finish has been applied.
I think the knife looks totally wicked now.
It is perfectly centered with rock solid lockup. This knife has Jake's latest lock bar insert and the convex lock interface. This unit also has the cammed pivot. The blade is made from CPM S90V.
This unit has a really strong detent and flips haaaard. It is very smooth andmakes all the right noises. It does not fall shut on the weight of the blade alone because it is only a three and a quarter inch blade and quite light. A person will develop a fairly good Hinderer callus on your flipper finger. The jimping on the back of the frame is quite aggressive.
I am asking $1400 USD or $1840 CAD net shipped anywhere in north america or best offer, or some kind of a trade deal. I'm really into custom slip joints.
I will take PayPal (you cover the fees and I will cover the shipping costs) or EMT in Canada. My email address linked to my PayPal account is alligatorgarfish-at-gmail-dot-com and my email address for email money transfers is svensharkey-at-gmail-dot-com
Please email, private message, or just reply to this thread.
Thanks for looking.
