Looking for a maker named M.D. Hoffmann. I've seen some of his work (file worked folder with purple heart handle scales), and I know someone he may know.... And the word is he checks bladeforums; just don't know what area.

My Little Girl told me you may post here. I like to check out "Custom & Handmade Knives" & "General Knife Maker's Discussions" on these forums, also one of the other forums. Have not worked on knives in a couple of years. Would like to get back in the shop when it cools off. Do you have any pic's of your knives? Would like to see them. Be talking to ya!

Glad to meet you, Mr. Hoffmann. That was a pretty little folder you made for her. Great work! It's always good to talk to other makers. We've enjoyed having your girl wokring at the clinic. She's doing great.
