What folders do the Hogs carry? And don't tell me you don't carry folders!

Spyderco Paramilitary and Spyderco Yojimbo
Spyderco RULZ!
I collected folders before I discovered Busse- I have a TON.

SAK's, Spyderco's and SanRenMu (not all at the same time).

Still waiting for an infi folder...

I have a thing for the Spyderco Byrd series. Unfortunately made in china, still alot of knife for the money.

Unique Sebbies
BladeForum '07 Folder
Lightfoot Custom
Your odd Benchmade, Spyderco, Kershaw
[BM such as Rukus and Skirmish -- full size]

...and I keep thinking about a Hinderer XM-18 and maybe a Lochsa.

The four I have with me in Peru:

-Spyderco Paramilitary
-CRK Sebenza Large Reg
-Microtech SOCOM M/A
-Strider SMF

I don't ever, ever carry folders! :p

Well, except for my SAK Ranger. I do carry that one, but it's a multitool for me - I don't use it for the knife blades.

Before getting into Busse I carried a Hattori, Kershaw Ken Onion, various Bucks and sometimes a Swiss army of some kind but all that's over now. Long live the Leaner Meaner !

Spyderco Military (currently S30V)

A.G. Russell 'One Hander' (laminated VG-10 !)

Little SAK.

Swamp Rat Rat Trap
Spyderco Lil' Temp PE in S30V
Spyderco Lava

But I really want a folding Dozier.

EDC is an EKI CQC-8 with a combo edge and a Leatherman Charge. Might sometimes switch the EKI for an SOG Trident.

I am wanting to try out a Zero Tolerance 300 or similar.

But I currently carry a Spyderco Lil' Temp. Great compressional lock, S30V steel, beefy grip, great ergos IMHO. :)

Emerson Mini-Com. I've got 2 - gotta send the other one back to Emerson to get the clip put on the other pocket. Back-pocket, reverse-grip Wave action - yeahbaby!

Nope! Gave up on folders after my soon-to-be ex-son-in-law managed to ruin my large Spyderco Tim Wegner a couple years ago. Started carrying a small 3-inch fixed blade (a Busse Game Warden or a Randall Model 10-3) in my pants, jacket, or flight suit pocket full time and haven't looked back once.
Sure, I have SAKs in my car's glove box and my office/home desk drawers, but not for their knife blades and I don't carry them on me. One small, well-made and utterly-reliable 3-inch fixed blade is all I need whether in the woods, garden, or city. If it's true wilderness, I add a Gransfors Bruk axe.
My other old folder? I gave that to my worthless ex son-in-law.
Cheers, "Bloody Bill"
(Not actually a HOG, sorry, but a big Busse fan nonetheless)

I like Hinderer XM-18's, here's mine:

Severtech standard. It is one of the strongest folders ever made.

.189 inches thick of A2 tool steel. Its A beefy sucker. (Bottom knife is the Severtech, compared to the meaner, top)
