come on you two easy on the pbs. mine has served me very well over the year's, although i do look forward to the muck. i'll have to do a comparison thread on them (if we ever get the muck;)).
 
Hopefully, this is what is cooking at the shop right now. Really useful design.

Really want the bigger version, and then the smaller one 2nd.

Could also release a huge version (like Koster moster nessie) would make an awesome chopper, and if you make the blade nice in tall, would still be great in the kitchen!

that's one heck of an idea. i'd love to see a huge chopping muck. i could use it as a pizza cutter.:D
