Most people on here get uppity about every busse knife that comes out...kind of funny sometimes...some are just so thick and impractical. I like the thinner knives that Jerry makes.

I agree on all counts.

Cultie is a great steak-knife sized knife. Convex was pretty decent on them.

The downside is I can't see ever using a Busse as a steak knife. Rubbing the edge perpendicular to some sort of china is asking for a blunt edge. I did it. I paid for it.

Gimme a silly serrated blade steak knife and leave my Busse's to other tasks. (It makes a decent paring blade, tho. Which is why I still have 2.)

I was also considering getting a second one. The one I have is #666. And yes, it cuts like a devil!
