im making tater tot casserole tonight

i think i just peed a little

the main part of the casserole should be made a few hours before actually serving

all you need is some deerburger(you can use beef)

brown the meat

add minced onions

table spoon or three of garlic

while cooking

if using beef drain

if using deer dont drain

mix in two cans

cream of mushroom soup

dont add any water

i like to use one can plain cream of muchroom

and one can "garlic" cream of mushroom

grease a glass pan spoon in then spread flat

cover and let sit an hour or two

or overnight

spread about 6oz cheddar over meat mix then top with tater tots

bake 20minutes or so till the tots are crunchy
