i have a kershaw colored kitchen set. very nice knive's for the price. i picked them up at blade this year. the chef's knife mic's at .075, while the green laser(prep) mic's at .043. i have not had a lick of trouble with any of these. now for heavy bone work i still use my paul's hatchet. so could we get a kitchen addition? something around .100 or smaller? please.

a trifecta(spelling), .40, .25, .075
 
for all the hater's out there, i'm pretty sure if there was a thin(hint,hint) muck they would snatch one up. and to all on the other end of the spectrum, a .40 would fill the gap.
