Pinky catches a little but it actually helps the sword get a faster flip as it catches and then slips off your finger. Which you need with a blade of that length and weight. The wtf handle does catch so you need to pull your pinky out of the way at the last minute. Battle saw handle is by far the hardest to throw.
 
I would get into so much trouble with that thing. I'm just imagining myself on the bike with it and throwing it into each and every car that pulls out in front of me, haha.
