Hogs, Rats, 'n' Dogs at INDY 1500, Aug 24-26

HI BOB...
I thought you were back in Iraq!?

.
Just got my physical Friday so I can "un-retire". Hopefully will be in the pipeline within a month. If I knew it would be this big of a pain I'd just stayed in!!! See ya at the show.

HOLY CRAP!!! :eek::eek::eek:

The shop has been busy busy busy.....

Stop in early for the best selection...

WOOHOO!!!!!

I will be there Friday for a hit and run!

Looking foward to seeing some more Busse's in person (so far I have only handled the FFBM I bought last week from the BCS!).

I'll be there tomorrow or Saturday.

Still don't know if I can skip work tomorrow afternoon.

Sharpen your hooves guys.....

T-minus 14:47 and counting....

I think Jerry needs to have an Indy-ganza sometime...LOL

Made a 1-day hit and run. I was disappointed in the show overall, the only thing worth seeing IMO was thatmguy's table.

What I saw was summarized below (I apologize but am going from memory and am not yet a Busse expert!)...
- Battle Mistresses – including a nice LE model
- A few Game Wardens
- Several Badger Attacks – including an LE and a 2007 SE
- A few Mr. Mojos
- A hatchet or two,
- A krambitt-style fixed blade
- And I think the last was a Natural Outlaw 2007 SE.

After just acquiring my first Busse, a Fat Battle Mistress from the BCS earlier this week (:D love it :D), I was hoping to see A Steel Heart, Hell/Mud Razor, or a Satin Jack! Oh well.

I think that was the SOW SE, just above the SFNO Muddy Serated Variant??

Was good to see you again man.

Great report, and yes, the Busse table is the ONLY thing worth seeing at the show...LOL That comment is DEFINITELY worth some points bro!!!!

1whobuys stopped in with some nice show-n-tell stuff, as well as a sack-o-goodies from BakerJ (mmmmmmm, good work Jack...).

Quite a few forumites stopped by, mschwoeb, pipeman157, ciew, andy wayne, gpb, and motorhead66 (along with his son, who was his voice of reason...). A couple others stopped by, but I remember by real names, and cannot recall their screen names right now...sorry guys (I need to restart the Forum Sign In sheet like I used to have...).

It was a frenzy there for a while.....motorhead trashed all the regular porkers beating everyone to the trough for first dibs.

I think he's training for Blade next year...watch this one guys...and keep your eyes on ciew too....he's a crafty one......;)

Yesterday was great, and today looks to be good too. Gonna be some porkers snortin around, and I'm glad I'm not gonna get between them and the trough....:eek:

Thanks. Actually, to see your table was one of the reasons for going! The only Busse I have ever handled is the FFBM I just bought!

Plus we had trading emails on meeting up at the PRO Gun Show, but unfortunately the weekend I am heading to Columbus (negotiated with the Boss) to visit and old fried (Labor Day weekend) is not one where the show is going on :( - so that was encouragement to head down to Indy!
