For those who've dealt with Hogue customer/warranty service of late, how long does it take them to send parts? I reached out about getting an Omega spring to replace a broken one on my Deka and it took nine days and three messages to get a response. It's been two full weeks since they said they'd ship one out and given the lackluster initial response, I'm trying to figure out if it's likely on the way or if this is back to being a customer no-service issue. I really hate to bug them unnecessarily, but I also realize lack of persistence will only delay getting parts if the request went into the same blackhole as my initial communication. TY
 
I like to follow A policy of politely following up frequently with situations like this. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. You can still be kind when you call, but I'd be calling and asking for tracking information etc.
 
I emailed and it took a long time to get a reply. While I was waiting for that reply I called them, and that led to the part being shipped out and in my mailbox even before that email reply came. Calling is the way to go.
