Any of y'all running one of these? How are they in humid/wet maybe salty environments?

not running one, but richlite should do fine in those environments...I wouldnt swim and scuba dive with it or run around with it in a soaking wet pocket all day....but other than that should be fine, id think.

According to the manufacturer, richlite consists of recycled paper products in a thermosetting resin.

So it's similar to paper Micarta. Durability should be similar.

I bought one about a couple months ago. I really like it we have had a lot of rain for the last week with no issues. I have had it covered in chicken and horse crap and covered in bleach no spots on it yet. It’s been soaking wet in my pocket for 8 hours a couple of times. I don’t baby it only clean it when it’s gummed up so bad i have to push it all the way open Dawn power wash warm water a couple drops of oil and the action is good as new. The grind was even and the blade was well centered and sharp. The only thing I noticed that might concern someone is the detent is a little weak not bad but less than my 943.

Is it sort of like a paper micarta, if you've had that before? Kinda dense and more slick than a linen or canvas?

I'll hopefully be able to provide an update in the coming weeks, as coincidentally I just ordered a Mysto Fire specifically to take with me on jogs and hikes. I usually carry a PM2 Salt but was looking for something lighter and more slender.

I would say more of a plastic feel. It is very durable. I don’t think I have owned a folding knife with Micarta only a couple fixed blades. I think it’s similar to g10 in feel.
