Good Hogue's customer service is Great!

I recently lost a part of my thumb stud on a Hogue Doug Ritter MK1 taking it apart. I called Hogue assuming I would need to buy a new stud. They answered the phone immediately, there was no wait time at all. The lady I talked to was very nice and sent me a new stud for free. No charge for shipping or anything. I think its very rare for companies to operate this way nowadays and I will definitely be buying more products from them. Also the MK1 is a really good knife.
