Recently I was able to travel to New Zealand. While there I had the chance to take a tour of Richard Van Dijk's knife shop (Hoiho Knives):

Richard is a goldsmith turned knife maker who specializes in Damascus blades. He also is one of the bladesmiths that has worked on the upcoming movie The Hobbit. Richard's shop is located on the Otago peninsula near Dunedin and he welcomes visitors if you are in the area. He was a really great guy and does beautiful work. I put together a video of the tour thinking that some here may want to see his shop setup:
