Hollow-grind Table

Hello all. I am looking for a table that can give me info about the grinding angles I need in order to hollow grind my blades.
I have a 400mm contact wheel and the current blade is 3mm thick and total height is 17mm.
My question is if there is such a table or any other ways that will help me calculate the grinding angle?

Thanks John for your support.
One thing I can not understand: the most important thing (AFAIK) is the angle, but it is not mentioned in any of the tables I have seen so far; so what does it help all these info without mentioning the grinding angle?
Without knowing what angle to approach the contact wheel, how do the smiths who wrote these tables use the content?
I’m sorry for not understanding, but I just can’t find the way how to proceed.
