Hollow Grinding fixture with Bee Grinder ?

Could anyone give me some input as to whether or not the hollow grinding fixture and elevator sold by Koval knives is adaptable to a BEE model 50 2X72"
grinder ? The grinder is very similar to a Square Wheel and I am hoping the adapter for the Wilton will work on the "BEE".
Despite the best efforts of Joe Arnold up here in Canada and Daryl Hibben in Kentucky to teach me the "Art" of hollow grinding I am having a heck of a time getting the knack.
The reason I ask now is Joe and I will be going down to Daryl's for a few days in the near future and If they can not beat it into my thick skull I was thinking of picking up a fixture on the way back north.
Thanks for listening to this newcomer.

Hi Jim
Do not order the jig from Koval
you can get it custom made wright from the man who sells them to koval. He can make it for any grinder there is all you have
to do is send him your rest and he will make
one for your machine,I have a Coote grinder
and koval does't not sell them for my model so I got in toch wiht Mr Lowell Snoddy
that is who makes them,he is a great guy give him a call ,he called me and said he had gotten rest, and ask me a couple question about my grinder
and said he was getting to work on it that day.Give him a call at 256-837-0308
just tell him you have a bee grinder and he
will fix you up,You grind with the blade down with this jig but boy does it work!
hope i have been of some help

I bought one from Mr. Snoddy a couple years ago and it works grate. Give him a call. He is a real nice guy.

Mr. House and Jones;

Thanks for the information, I will do just what you suggest. Revenue Canada is being suspiciously nice to me in the tax refund area this year but even so I want to make every dollar, (or .60 cents U.S.)
count.
As a relatively new maker I'd like to thank everyone who responds to questions on the forum. I only located it a couple of weeks ago but it has been a wonderfull source of
information and diverse opinions that is really appreciated.

Thanks Jim.

Hi
No problem that is what we are all here for to help each other out in somthing that
we love to do.best of luck and good blade making Nathan House

Kraut;

Please let me know how your jig works out. I have trashed more than a few feet of 440C trying to get the 'nack' and while most of the blades can be salvaged for flat grinds I would really like to complete some hollow grind knives.

You can contact me through email, this forum or try leaning out the window and screaming (everybody knows that in Canada we all know each other anyway...:-)

Look forward to hearing from you.

All the Best

Dav, I Phoned Mr. Snoddy the other day and had a real nice talk. He is familiar with the Bee grinder and it won't be neccesary
for me to send my work rest down for him to look at so he can fabricate an attatchment.
He has even offered to ship it free to my friend in Kentucky by the 19th so I can pick it up when I'm down.(Guess I had better let Daryl know it's coming).

This Knifemaking is like a good woman, it gets hold of you and causes you to do strange things. A few years back I saw my wife gaze longingly through a store window
at a sewing machine she knew we couldn't
afford. Next thing I knew I sold the finest war trophy luger I have ever seen to get that sewing machine. It was worth it to see the look on her face when I told her to go ahead and order it.
Well tomorrow I'm selling my 9mm to get the
hollow grinder and I don't regret parting with it at all.
I'll keep you posted .
