Chris... what is the tang style? I do not have any 390 steel. How does it sharpen compared to 3 v or 154 cm?

The tang is a half tang, it is only half the length of the handle. Still a very strong and durable construction method, but it allows me to make more knives with a limited amount of material.
M390 is a stainless steel that has better edge holding than either 3V or CPM 154, but with the thin edges that I grind sharpening and maintenance is very easy. It gets very sharp and holds it very well.
Let me know f you have any other questions.
