[Don Hanson III]

Here's one that Mark Holson and I just finished. I forged and heat treated the blade and provided the damascus and ivory. Mark did the rest. This is a BIG knife.

Blade is 13-3/8" forged W2, 18-5/8" OAL. Handle is fossil walrus ivory.

Jon, that dark drip in the tip of the hamon was a very good surprise.

Joe, I really like what Mark did with this blade....and quicker than usual....only 6 months or so

Gig, I can't sing or dance but I'm learning the hamon.

That's beautiful. Love the blade and hamon. Love the way the ricasso/plunge/choil area. Love the handle shape.

I wish it was a hidden pin instead of a visible pin on the handle though.
