Hi all,

This one is a catch and release for me. I've always wanted to check out a Holt, so I jumped at the opportunity to try this one. It just happens to be a little small for my hands, so along it goes. I am the third owner, purchased here on BF, knife has only been handled/flicked to my knowledge. Solid lockup, insane action, beautiful machining on this guy.
In full disclosure, I can see two potential things that might bug someone -- on the top of the knife (I tried to photograph this) there are a few light scratches vs snail trails that I'm not quite sure how they got there. Again this has not been carried to my knowledge, so it may have arrived from Holt like this. Second, there's a slight irregularity to the edge finish that I also tried to photograph. Hard to notice unless inspecting it closely. I believe these are hand-sharpened on a WE, and I've seen similar marks with guided diamond systems in the past. This has not been sharpened by anyone other than the Holts to my knowledge. It is quite sharp -- I have only used it to cut a single sheet of paper. I figured these things were worth pointing out, given how expensive this knife is.
Overall, this is a breathtaking knife from an awesome company. Includes box, detent tool, authentication card, paper wrapping for box, and of course the knife. Asking withdrawn, which includes G&S fees and shipping to your door (US only).
