Holy Crap! These are some cool knives!

I started my nest last week with the RC3-I was so happy with it I'm expecting (sounds motherly) my HEST today.I don't think you can go wrong with any order of purchasing models except to want them all !!
 
I can't believe this. I am having more trouble deciding which RAT knife to buy than I did deciding which rifle/accessories a couple of months ago. I just might get stuck ordering two or three...
 
I live in Cali, the laws are ass-backword. Law abiding citizens get a 3 inch non concealed fixed blade and the law BREAKERS get cheap fully auto AKs. Im planning on moving...Someday.

I was never the biggest fan of the design onf the hest and i was thinking more along the thickness of say a busse or a trident.
 
My EDC is the RC4. The knife is the right size to do most any task I need it for. and the sheath can be fit up several ways to make it easy to carry.

If you prefer the regular drop down sheath carry then getting one with the molle back will fill the bill.

The RC3 Mil is another excellent option being probably the best package value going.
 
IZULA for EDC - Absolutely!!

RC-4 for the field - Absolutely!!

This combo is what works for me. I like the Desert Tan for my use.
 
Anyone have a multiple Izulas that you could post a picture of? I am trying to decide what color to get:D. The only one I have ruled out is pink.

ETA- I know I can see individual pics online everywhere but I am more interested in a side by side comparison.
 
I couldn't stop the urges any longer so I ordered a tan Izula along with 100ft of OD 550. I ordered from KSF and live in WY so does anyone have any idea when it should get here (I ordered at ~11:00)?

should be there in a couple hours...you wish....I ordered my izula on a Saturday night and it was at my house on Tuesday. I didn't get a tracking number but it was here super fast. I live in SC. ksf is out of OK
 
yeah the izula with cord wrapped handle is super comfortable. tho im sorta like photorob, and even fatter blade would be cool. best thing-buy em all!
 
My tan Izula arrived today and I have spent a couple of hours messing with the wrap, wrapping the sheath, trying to get the knots right, and cutting random things that didn't really need cut. It is smaller than I expected by a little bit but it disappears into a pocket and I can't even feel that it is there.

All in all, I am impressed both with the knife and with the service I received from Knives Ship Free. I ordered the knife last Thursday so it took only four days (not counting Sunday) to get to Wyoming.

I started off with an Izula, and it's THE gateway drug fo-sho!

now I have a few Izulas, an HEST, a couple 5's and a 6.... and deciding on getting a 3-mil.... so... take your pick!
