Most of the time they are users. I think these will be looked at as more of a special edition and probably won't be used. I'm sure someone will use it, though.

Yep, I gotta confirmation that I scored a MOASK. I have not recieved it yet. Should recieve it ~ 16 weeks after the ganza which means about sometime this month.

Yep, story goes that someone bushwhacked the boys at the hotel and bought the loot before they could even make it to Knob Creek. From my deductions, there is at least one out there somewhere.
