The price was $1300.

I'm now really glad I flinched. The Tigerstripe would have been a bitter disappointment, for me at least.
 
Very rarely have I been stunned by a knife..now is one of those time's!!

Are those the same scales that will be on the FBMLE? I see the word "tiger" being thrown around and I just want to be clear. Because what I'm seeing on this knife is sooo much better than what I've seen on the LE.

According to the shop the scales on the FBMLE will be the ones as shown on the LE on the Busse combat site. They are also tiger, just a different color. I was told there is no other color option than the one shown for the LE.
 
I added a pic to the "Nothing But" thread showing a comparison to a 1/4" mistress.....
