Holy Moly

In those push shove scenarios are the rounds the "student" puts into the ground (almost his own feet) intentional or UDs ..?? I have shot CQB courses where I have been pushed and shoved around during the live fire but not to that extent or with breathing hostages/no shoot targets. TAG East and West here conduct lots of their live fire with role players mingled with targets but also not like this either.

Yeah. I've had instructors yell at me and blow whistles right next to my ears as I was running a course..... NOTHING remotely as crazy as this.

This is INSANE. These guys train for what they think will best prepare them for what they need to do, so I am no one to judge. I wouldn't do it though. BTW as well trained as these guys are, did you notice the Negligent Discharge into the ground at 3:48?

That first drill was insane. Combine that with the fact that they don't mind a friendly body count if needs be (the theater and school incidents) and I would not want to be anywhere near them when the shooting started.

I thought the last drill was even more insane.

In the end, an individual human life is worth jack shit for a government, but in Russia an individual human life is worth even less than it already is in more democratic/freer market countries.

I would think the vest was compromised by the time the first bullet struck. Should the 2nd bullet strike at exactly the same spot, the bullet would pierce the vest unless they're using special ammo or ceramic inserts in the body armor.

But it's hard to be sure, without knowing the specific circumstances. The whole thing seemed incredibly risky though.

Wasn't a negligent discharge. It is tactic for intimidation. He did it twice in another push drill.

I've done some pretty intense training but that was off the chain. How would you like the be the dude standing behind the targets?! I'm guessing those are the rookies. ;)

Its like knife fighting training with live blades :) hmmmm.....Blade 14 idea :)
