Home Brew?

I have looked into the keg setup and best I can do so far is around $200 for a cheap setup. I have not done it because I don't have fridge space.
 
The killer for me is the CO2 tank and regulator. I've seen them on ebay relatively cheap, but I'm a bit leery of them. Chest freezers go pretty cheap on craigslist.
