home invasion and other tips

I just spent a non-happy 15 minutes reading current Ca firearms laws.

Where did car jacking start as a right of gangland passage? California; for carrying a loaded weapon in the vehicle was illegal. This left cars ripe for taking.

Where is it now illegal for a minor to gain possession of a firearm, and the home owner responsible for any criminal or civil action regarding same? California.

You might as well assign me all liability for all my property, regardless of circumstances or ownership. Criminals don't commit crime- homeowners do. A Ca resident is responsible for the criminal activities of minors in his home, or having illegally obtained real property. This is the death of the Second Amendment by bureacracy, regulation, and litigation.

If I move to Ca, I must register each handgun at 19 dollars a pop. You can call it what you want, but it is registration. I must pay for and pass a handgun course, and serial numbers and weapons are recorded.

So, If I got this right; a female minor under my guardianship or parentage can have an abortion without consent, but I'm legally and financially responsible for deeds of any person obtaining my property, ie, firearm.

I propose California raise all minors itself.

I was raised in Ca. First 20 years of my life growing up, the next trying to leave.

I propose we house the UN in California. That doesn't have anything to do with property rights or firearm ownership, but the two are natural partners. They'd be happy together.

I keep my loaded guns in an AMSEC pushbutton handgun safe. It takes a quick push and twist of a turnkey to open it.

I don't want my guns in the hands of an intruder if I come home and find someone there.

I am originally from NYC. Burglers there are more polite. They ring your doorbell before taking the door off the hinges and leaving it in the hall.

I keep two Rugers loaded - A 4"GP 101 and a 3" Ruger SP101 38.
