Been thinking for a while about ordering a custom sheath or one of the Esee molle sheaths for my BK2.

I had a little extra material and some extra screws, so I thought I might give it a try.

All I had was O.D. Green Cordura and some snaps....

Overall it came out pretty good, I still plan on getting a custom
but this will work for a while, thanks for watching and tune in next time....;)

thats cool, did you use a sewing machine? IF so..I might have to start borrowing the girls machine...that should go over good;)

soon, you will have your OWN machine (like a good leather machine) and THEY will be borrowing yours ;)

nice job with the molle molle

It worked good but I thought about just changing the strap that comes on the BK2 sheath (BK2 Sheath stock comes with a flimsy design).

Now it works excellent and its very durable and stiff.
took like 4 hours to make this and I love black....

That's nice, man.

I like to hand-sew leather and don't have access to a sewing machine.

I really like the new Kydex sheath.....my old one sucks compared to that.

Also, the esee cordura won't fit the BK2 without sanding down the inside holder or taking material off of the knife edge via sharpening for it to fit. Kinda sucks, but it should fit the esee5 I have.

Wow, that new one is super awesome!

I need to buy a new BK2 with the new kydex sheath. If you happen to make an extra black molleback, let me know!!!! seriously.

very nice! that looks store bought - professional looking stitching. you have skills.

No kidding man, great job. I like the second one a lot.

Thanks everyone.

The first one was a little sloppy, the black works perfect.

It took alot more work then I imagined, I hate sewing but got bored and my wife started watching TWILIGHT.

I did make a mistake, see the paracord?
I measured wrong and punched a hole threw for a snap (Paracord cover-up)....;)

You should put one on the other side strap, then run some crash cord through there to pull them out of the way when you open it up, so you don't slice em when you remove the knife. Then it isn't a screwup, it is foresight.

I like that second one also. I also noticed that you took out that top rivet :D
