You should put one on the other side strap, then run some crash cord through there to pull them out of the way when you open it up, so you don't slice em when you remove the knife. Then it isn't a screwup, it is foresight.

I like that second one also. I also noticed that you took out that top rivet

After pulling it out of the sheath all day my damn thumb started getting sore, I seen your post and decided to pull that rivet out also, it did make a nice difference...:thumbup:

it might be a little off topic but......

last year i made a custom tool box for the back of my wheeling/work jeep and incorporated a Molle system into it so i can store stuff at easy reach from the drivers seat. it's nothing fancy but it works like a charm

I would say I was drunk and put the wrong thing, but I don't drink, so I can't say that with any honesty behind it. I had however been on the internet for over 16+ hours straight though, so that might have been the culprit.

I need to get a sewing machine HaHa, maybe even a leather one and remember how to use it (anyone else HAVE to take home ec when they were in school?). There have been a lot of times I had an idea where a machine would have made it easier. Cool idea.
