Homemade Forge???

ive been recently learning blade smithing from a friend of mine's uncle.
im now intrested in constructing my own propane forge. i was wondering if
any one knew a good site/book that shows a few good methods.
i seen one on ebya that uses a propane tank as the chamber of the forge.
i figure this would be my best bet considering i got plenty of old propane
tanks laying around.

id really like to get some experienced feedback.
