Well here is the link for my forge, with alot of ideas from you guys and some changes made by me here is the video link http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=2017703258
all the insulation is from my work (boilers) and a few items from Darren, the tank is a 12 gallon air tank for semi brakes, which by the way are free for me..
, im forcing air in from the bottom which is going behind the insulation and rolling down through the top where the flame enters i have a 2 1/2 flare, i have another one that i use for heat treating, its just that there was so many people asking questions and having problems with building a forge i wanted to try it, i havent a clue as to how hot it gets, no temp gauge yet, but it will make a piece of 1/4" thick stainless go from room temp to an easy crush with a mild hammer swing.. by the way the camera is 10 feet away so this is a must use outdoors device with all safety measures standing by.
