Shweet! LeatherHog you may be in trouble :D
Uh oh! :o Mental note: make hot pink sheath with lots of bangles and tinkerbell hanging off it and post pics here with the caption "HEY PADDLING MAN, YOU SHEATH IS READY!!!!!" :D ;) :p

Thanks deusker, your sheath will be much nicer than paddling mans.

Leatherman...Look Out! My favorite rigs are the super custom, highly protective, urban camo sheaths that Busse ships their products in. Add a loop and they look really hot hanging from your belt. Gets a lot of attention from the guys at deer camp!

Now that is a snazzy sheath, I've got a few dozen myself! Though the one that the HOG FSH came in was alarmingly fragile.

Sounds like a plan!! I'll get you my address. What are we gonna call that one? Macy's-camo? ;)

You're the Jerry Busse of the leather-sheath world. The man at the top gets shot at! :p

Some nice work here guys...and the non-tape sheaths aren't bad either. As far as the kydex press goes, the design is great. However, I would make one as opposed to buying one. You can make it have greater capacity, greater compression strength, and greater durability by doing it yourself. I could put up plans, but it's a very simple design. Just make a huge hinge joint and attach steel poles to each side. Then compress the foam backed with boards or steel plates between them.

BTW, that SK sheath is particularly nice....very clean.

cool idea  Thanks!

Here's one that I made this afternoon. This one is probably the best I've done and I'm very happy with it but it still doesn't hold a candle to Okuden's and Brown's sheaths. Those guys deseve a standing ovation for their work. The plastic bows to them fo sho.

Holy crap!!! :D

That's fantastic. And Oku and others certainly deserve credit...but you shouldn't be so modest. I bet that lockup's rock solid. Do you have pics of other work you've done?

That is a Busse limited edition sheath that was designed by the development team at Busse design............save it my friend, it will be worth lots......millions and millions........only if it was autographed than it would be worth trillions...............

If I send to you will you autograph it? It'll be worth ten times more on eBay then. An original 'AMY-O Custom Postal Camo sheath from Busse'.

No, I couldn't part with it then. I'll have to save it for special occasions.

Now why did I let Dwayne bring in all those dyes and machines and buy a house with a built on room when he could just make nice duct-tape cardboard fusion sheaths...
And WHY DID I LET HIM SKIN A RATTLESNAKE!!!!!!!!

I think I have one of those special snakeskin rigs too! Not quite as fancy as Postal Camo though!
